Implementation Manager
The ideal candidate will have solid experience of managing the implementation of customisable software products to corporate clients. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects from initiation to go-live, involving the customisation and configuration of the Smartchange system.
Based At
Liverpool Street, London. But with a requirement to spend time at client sites.
Salary

Job Purpose Summary
- The management of projects and client interaction to deliver the Smartchange product for corporate clients
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Full product training will be given.
- Managing the implementation of the Smartchange system for corporate clients
- Development of project plans and monitoring progress against plan, both in terms of timelines and budget
- Working closely with corporate clients, as a successful project is a collaboration
- Gathering of business requirements and translating these into a product design
- Liaising with development team to ensure delivery of the customised product
- Management of, and involvement in, testing to ensure delivery of a quality product
- Handling of 2nd /3rd tier support queries
- Reporting to the management of Vivid Orange
Skills & Experience
- Sound project management experience, ideally using MS Project™ in a corporate environment
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate these into product customisations
- Hands-on, flexible and pragmatic approach (we are a small company)
- Strong communication skills, together with awareness for the sector we work in
- Experience of implementing web-based software products
- Familiarity with working as part of a remote (and virtual) team
- Experience of online charitable giving / corporate social responsibility is an advantage
- Ability to work on own with limited direction
